A Creative Collective

We're building a room where the music actually means something.

Common Time is a curated collective of serious creatives — artists, producers, musicians, songwriters, videographers and photographers — coming together to write, record, and create at the highest level. The goal isn't just a session. It's timeless music, documented and released.

More than a session.
A movement.

Global ambition

Most music gets made in isolation. Sent back and forth over email. Sessions that start with energy and end with nothing released. We're doing something different.

Common Time is built around quarterly writing camps where every creative in the room has a purpose — from the producer setting the tone to the videographer capturing the moment it all comes together.

The work doesn't sit on a hard drive. It gets released. It gets seen. It represents everyone who was part of making it. And we document every step of the process.

The vision is bigger than one camp. We're building a collective that scales — other cities, other countries, retreats, residencies — always grounded in the same commitment to craft.

Everyone in the room
has a role.

The collective is organised across three tiers. Each one is essential. None is more important than the other.

01

Tier One

The Core

Seasoned creatives who anchor the sound and direction of the camp. You've put in the work. You bring experience, leadership, and a clear creative voice to the room.

  • Established Artists
  • Producers
  • Songwriters
  • Session Musicians
02

Tier Two

The Rising

Artists in development who grow through proximity to the top tier. You're ready to be in rooms that challenge and elevate your craft. You take direction and you bring energy.

  • Emerging Artists
  • Developing Producers
  • Up-and-Coming Writers
03

Tier Three

The Creatives

The people who capture, shape, and amplify what's created in the room. You build the visual identity of the camp and create the content that tells the story of what we made together.

  • Videographers
  • Photographers
  • Content Creators
  • Graphic Designers

The Experience

What happens when you're in the room.

You Create

Every camp is built around output. You come to write, record, and finish music. Sessions are focused and intentional — not open-ended vibes with nothing to show at the end.

You're Documented

The Creatives tier captures everything. Behind the scenes, the process, the moments you can't plan. Every camp produces both music and a visual archive that lives alongside the work.

You're Released

The music doesn't stay on a hard drive. Everything created at camp gets released under the Common Time collective — properly credited, properly distributed, representing every person who was in the room.

You Belong

Common Time isn't a one-off event. It's a community. Between camps, the collective stays connected — sharing work, building relationships, and growing together as creatives.

You're Curated

You're not just registered — you're invited. Every cohort is hand-picked based on craft, experience, and what you bring to a room. The quality of the people is what makes the room work.

You Grow

The rising tier develops through proximity to seasoned professionals in a real creative environment. No classroom, no course — just the experience of being in the room and being held to a high standard.

Built for people who are
serious about their craft.

This isn't for everyone. Common Time is for creatives who bring something real to the table and want to be part of something that outlasts the session.

This is not for you if...

You're looking for a casual vibe with no output. This is a working camp. You come to create, contribute, and commit.

  • You're serious about your craft and want to be in rooms that match that energy
  • You understand that great music comes from real collaboration, not isolation
  • You want your work to actually come out and be heard
  • You're ready to give as much as you take from the process
  • You want to be part of a community, not just an event
  • You believe some music should last — and you want to be part of making it
  • You're open to being documented and building something bigger than yourself
